We find bid proposals for your company.  We prepare bid proposals, present and negotiate final contracts.  We assist with any registrations and clearances, such as CCR, Company, Individual and Facility Security Clearances, NISPOM, etc, which are preconditions to a government contract.

GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACTS:

Multiple Award, GSA Schedule Contracts:

No matter what your product or service, the Government needs to be aware of it.  You can be awarded a GSA Schedule Contract, but you should market your services and product.

Exclusively with the GSA Schedule, the U.S. Government spends $25 billion annually. The General Services Administration (GSA) is the central procurement arm of the U.S. Federal Government. The GSA awards contracts to all responsible companies that offer commercial items falling within the descriptions of the GSA Schedules. The GSA Schedule has become the preferred way of doing business with the federal government. Most federal agencies now expect companies to have a GSA Schedule contract in place, so companies marketing their services or products to the federal government are at an advantage if they have a GSA Schedule contract award.

Every GSA Schedule contract contains pre-negotiated prices, products, warranties, delivery times, discounts and terms in place. The government agency places orders for their needs from the list of GSA Schedule products and services. By placing an order against a GSA Schedule contract, the ordering agency office has concluded that the order represents the best value to meet the government's needs.

Canadian and International Companies:

Canadian and International Companies on the GSA Schedule:

Canadian and International companies may place their products and services on the GSA Schedule. Some Canadian or international companies have their products or services listed under another company's GSA Schedule when they first start out, but these companies can place their services directly with the GSA . Obtaining a GSA Schedule award gives you access to the numerous contracts proffered by the U.S. Government, but, it is still essential to market your services or products to the Government to make the different purchasing agencies and departments aware of your product and company.
